Limited edition on crystal clear 180-gram audiophile vinyl. In the early 1950s, Charles Aznavour, a French singer of Armenian descent, struggled to win over audiences, facing jeers and rejection. Despite these challenges, he remained determined. Aznavour became Edith Piaf's secretary in 1946, learning the nuances of performance and songwriting. Though Piaf saw him as a close colleague, she never viewed him romantically, and Aznavour longed for success as a performer, not just a composer. His breakthrough came on December 12, 1960, when a performance of his song Je m'voyais déjà at the Alhambra in Paris earned him a standing ovation, marking the start of his rise to fame. In the 1960s, his hits, including "For Me formidable", "Et pourtant", "La Bohème", and "Emmenez-Moi", solidified his status as a superstar. Aznavour's songs often reflected on the past and collective memory, with tracks like Non, je n'ai rien oublié delving into love and time. He addressed social issues too, as seen in "Comme Ils Disent"(1972), which openly discussed homosexuality. Overnight Shipping: allow 1-2 business days for delivery. All products will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air. 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from Victrola.com. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Albums must be unopened to receive a refund. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Victrola. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to sender.

If the item is no longer wanted, the shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded.

If the item is defective, a pre-paid shipping label to return the product will be provided, and no restocking fee applies.
