How do I troubleshoot connectivity issues with my Victrola Stream turntable?

Ensure your Victrola Stream turntable, Sonos system, and router are running the latest software. In the Victrola Stream app, select your turntable, navigate to About Turntable, and select Check for Update. Allow approximately two minutes for the turntable to restart if an update is installed.

Next, open the Sonos app and navigate to Settings > System > System Updates to check for available updates. Finally, check your router for firmware updates. Once all devices are updated, close and reopen both apps and try connecting again.
