Wood Chickens is a cowpunk band from Madison Wisconsin serving a spicy extra caffeinated blend that draws inspiration from country-western psychedelia and punk from across the decades. Formed in the tiny town of Milton Wisconsin by high school comrades Alex Reilly and Griffin Pett Wood Chickens soon moved to Madison in 2013 to escape the monotony of life in the small farming community. In the spring of 2015 they were joined by a new drummer the eccentric Justin J. Johnson whom had just returned to his home state of Wisconsin after touring with a Nashville-based rockabilly act. To date Wood Chickens have self-released several albums worth of material and have releases with various indie labels across the United States. Through Big Neck Records the prolific trio shows no signs of slowing down as they release their 2nd LP Well Done And embark on the road again and again with their fresh energetic and eclectic musical styles. Their unique twist of genres past and present leaves their audiences wondering what will come next.

2. Shipping and Delivery

If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouse locations. Tracking information will be sent as items are shipped.

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process when calculating delivery dates.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are unable to redirect to an alternate shipping address once an order is placed. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly will not be refunded or replaced.

Standard Shipping: allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Albums will be shipped via USPS Media Mail; all other products via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Expedited Shipping: allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Albums will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; all other products via UPS or FedEx 2-Day Air.

Overnight Shipping: allow 1-2 business days for delivery. All products will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Next Day Air.

Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to International, PO Box, or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from Victrola.com. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Victrola. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded.

Album returns: If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 30 days. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, we will be happy to exchange it for you. No refunds will be given on opened albums, unless damaged or defective. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
