Booking nearly a month of studio time with producer/engineer Dylan Magierek STRFKR Mark Kozelek etc they delved deep into epic musical territory they had yet to explore. Drawing influence from the post-apocalyptic writing of Cormac McCarthy and the folklore that the American west holds the album arrives with a dark and twisted terrain.
