Double vinyl LP pressing. Be Here is the fourth studio album by New Zealand-born Australian country singer Keith Urban. It was released on September 21 2004 via Capitol Nashville. With four million copies sold the album is not only Urbans best-selling album but also one of the best-selling albums in America by an Australian artist. The album produced three 1 singles on the Hot Country Songs chart with Days Go By Making Memories of Us and Better Life as well as the 2 hits Youre My Better Half and Tonight I Wanna Cry. The song Live to Love Another Day also peaked at 48 on the country charts even though it was not released as a single. The album also includes a cover of Elton Johns Country Comfort which appeared on his 1970 album Tumbleweed Connection.

If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouse locations. Tracking information will be sent as items are shipped.

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process when calculating delivery dates.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are unable to redirect to an alternate shipping address once an order is placed. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly will not be refunded or replaced.

Standard Shipping: allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Albums will be shipped via USPS Media Mail; all other products via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Expedited Shipping: allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Albums will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; all other products via UPS or FedEx 2-Day Air.

Overnight Shipping: allow 1-2 business days for delivery. All products will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Next Day Air.

Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to International, PO Box, or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from Victrola.com. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Victrola. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, we will be happy to exchange it for you. No refunds will be given on opened albums, unless damaged or defective. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
